Sign up in minutes by providing some basic details. We’ll perform a few checks to match your details with your GP surgery and you’ll be good to go. Just tell us what medicine you need and we’ll take care of everything else. If you are moving from another Pharmacy, we will manage all that for you.
Once your account’s up and running, you can select your delivery preferences, set up reminders, and add payment or exemption details, including your prepayment certificate if you have one.

We'll match your details with the NHS database, ready for you to choose your preferences and place your first prescription request.
Request your medicine on the go
You can order your prescriptions 24/7 via our website. Simply request the medicines you need by logging into your account and we'll contact your GP to approve the request before they send your prescription to us. It’s the ready to be checked and dispensed, ready for collection or delivery!
Collection or free home delivery
Choose to either pick up your prescription from your local Asda Pharmacy, or have it delivered to your preferred address by Royal Mail for free.
If you choose to collect, your order will be ready in 4 working days from your chosen Asda Pharmacy. Having it delivered? Track & Trace your item at every stage from dispatch to delivery using your Royal Mail tracking number.
